TIO GAME: GAMIFICATION PER IL CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Set in the old western the employees of a company had to confront each other in a 3D Real Time location by communicating with each other and with NPC characters to figure out how to communicate, collaborate and get out of the impending crisis brought about by the game. The CRISIS MANAGEMENT values to overcome were studied and each of these given a numerical value of both engagement and reward for overcoming the CRISIS.
This medode of gamification and gaming together is enhanced by a dashboard at the manager's disposal to see in real time how his team moves in synergy. At the same time, it creates a fantastic output of big data already filtered and framed to create a new bibliography and understand which triggers create the biggest problems for the gaming team.
